Hallie is a licensed residential real estate agent with a strong business and marketing background, bringing a strategic yet personal approach to every transaction. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana in 2024, with minors in Marketing and Management, and has been licensed since 2022.

Hallie specializes in helping buyers and sellers navigate the residential market with confidence, clear communication, and attention to detail. Her business education and experience allow her to analyze market trends, price homes strategically, and advocate effectively during negotiations to ensure smooth, successful closings. To date, Hallie has closed over $4.16 million in residential sales volume.

In addition to real estate, Hallie works at Parlor Doughnuts headquarters as a Franchise Support Coordinator, where she supports franchise owners nationwide through marketing, operations, and new store openings. This role has strengthened her leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Outside of work, Hallie is enjoying an exciting season of life as she prepares for her wedding this year. She values family, community, and helping clients find a place they’re proud to call home.
