A native of Owensboro, Kentucky, Cory brings more than 30 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker serving the Evansville, Indiana region. In addition to his brokerage career, he recently retired from Old National Bank, where he served as Vice President and Corporate Facilities Director.

Cory has successfully facilitated transactions across Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee, and beyond, earning a reputation as one of the Tri-State area’s premier commercial and industrial real estate professionals.

Outside of real estate, Cory and his wife, Annelle, have led worship services at McCutchanville Community Church for over two decades. He is also actively involved in Christian mission work, supporting efforts in Oklahoma on an Indian reservation and in Haiti through partnerships with Evansville-area Catholic churches.

Family is central to Cory’s life. He and Annelle have five children and sixteen grandchildren, and they enjoy spending their free time attending their grandchildren’s sporting events, performances, and activities.
